Beginning Friday, November 28th, select Wendy's Locations [wendys.com] will have Small Chocolate or Vanilla Frosty's for $0.67 when you redeem the offer in the Wendy's app or online.

According to the Wendy's subreddit, [reddit.com] the promotion will be in stores with no purchase limit on the 28th. From the 29th through the 7th, it willl be a digital offer in app and website (limit 1x per order, daily refresh, no minimum purchase requirement).
